On the picturesque shore of the city lake (Liinjärv) in the ancient valley of Reuge, there is a peculiar lookout tower, which looks like a tree with two bird nests. The height of the observation tower is 30 meters (the upper observation platform is 27 meters high). The observation tower is illuminated at night and open 24 hours a day.
