Taku ieteicams sākt Apmeklētāju centrā Plateļos, kur iespējams apskatīt ekspozīciju “Žemaitijas zemes noslēpumi”, kā arī iegūt informāciju par parku un iegādāties maršrutu kartes. Taka sniedz iespēju apskatīt Plateļu pilsētu un Beržoras etnokultūras ciemu. Šīs abas vietas ir pazīstamas ar savu seno un bagāto vēsturi, līdz ar to ceļotāji var baudīt ne tikai dabu un skaistās ainavas, bet arī iepazīties ar šo vietu pagātni un kultūrvēsturisko mantojumu. Ceļu ieteicams turpināt dienvidu virzienā ar ekspozīciju apskati Plateļu muižas klētī un muižas zirgu stallī, kur iespējams apskatīt vienīgo Lietuvā esošo Meteņu masku izstādi ar vairāk kā 300 tradicionālajām maskām. Tālāk pa gājēju un velo celiņu maršruts šķērso Siberijas telmoloģisko rezervātu un aizved līdz Beržoras ciemam, kur iespējams apskatīt 14 Krusta ceļa kapelas un Svētā Staņislava baznīcu, kas celta 1746.gadā. Šeit redzēsiet arī dabas mantojuma objektu – Birškus dižskābardi, kā arī varēsiet izbaudīt skaisto Beržoras ezera ainavu atpūšoties ezera krastā, kur pieejama stāvvieta, WC, peldvieta, bērnu rotaļu laukums, laivošanas un piknika vieta. Atgriezties iespējams mērojot šo pašu maršrutu, pa ceļam apmeklējot vēl citus intereses objektus: Siberija skatu torni (15m), tradicionālo amatniecības centru Plateļu muižas pagrabā, Plateļu muižas parku un Svētā Pētera un Paula baznīcu. Siberija skatu tornis paver lielisku ainavu uz Plateļu ezeru un Siberijas telmoloģisko rezervātu. Tradicionālajā amatniecības centrā, kas pieejams arī cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem, iespējams ņemt dalību dažādās tradicionālās izglītojošās amatniecības programmās. Savukārt muižas parka redzēsiet Lietuvas platāko osi – Raganu osi, muižas drupas un izziņas taku bērniem.

Recommended starting point is Visitor center in Plateliai where tourist will have the possibility to visit exposition The Mysteries of Žemaitija land. Here you can find information about the Žemaitija National Park and buy maps with the different trail routes. Traveling through this route (about 8 km) you can visit touristic objects of Plateliai town and Beržoras etnocultural village. Both settlements have an old and rich history, so visitors can enjoy not only beautiful landscapes and exceptional nature while traveling, but also learn about the past and the cultural heritage that remains. Traveling south from the Visitor Center on the way you can visit Žemaitija National Park Exposition established in the Plateliai Manor Barn and Shrove Tuesday Exposition (the only one in Lithuania where more than 300 traditional Shrove Tuesday masks are presented) established in the Plateliai Manor Stable. Further through the bike-pedestrian path passing the Siberija Telmological Reserve the route leads to Beržoras village. Walking around the Beržoras village you can see 14 chapels of the Cross Way and visit St. Stanislovas Church built in the 1746, also you can find the nature heritage object – Birškus beech, enjoy panoramic views of Beržoras Lake and relax in the Beržoras recreation site located near the shore of Beržoras Lake. Here is the parking lot, WC, places for swimming, picnic, children playground, installed boat launching place. Respired you can return through the same route and on the way visit some more interesting points: the Siberija viewing tower (15 m high), Traditional craft center in the cellar of Plateliai manor, Plateliai manor park and St. Peter and Paul church. From the Siberija viewing tower you can enjoy the panoramic views of Plateliai Lake, Siberija Thelmological Reserve. In the Traditional craft center, which is adapted for the people with physical disability, you can order various traditional educational crafts programs. In the Manor Park we recommend to visit the thickest Lithuanian ash – Witch’es ash, see the ruins of the manor or walk through the cognitive trail for kids. In this trail there is no specific trail markings but you can find arrows close to the each visiting points and quite mane informational boards. Almost the entire path is covered with pavement and asphalt. In the Manor Park and walking to the Siberija viewing tower the pavement is natural or hardened primer. The trail is adapted only for walking or walking with the Nordic poles. Disabled people can visit this trail with the accompanying person due to the steep slopes. As well for the waking with kids in the strollers. First floor of the Visitor Center is adapted for the disabled people, Shrove Tuesday Exposition is partly adapted.
