Vizlas taka
The beautiful path starts at the Vizla river bridge. It is the oldest arch bridge in Latvia, built around 1860.
The Vizla river flows into the the river Gauja and by walking this path you will reach the Vizla entry point into Gauja. On the way you can see dolomite cliffs and the enormous Vizla stone. The path is 1.2 km long and you will require around one hour. In the beginning, you will walk around a wooden plank path, later on a earthen path, but the last section is along a road.
The path leads along a local farmhouse, where you can see a few cows and the latvian way of life.
