Kaltenes kalvas

In the forest, some one and a half kilometers from Kaltene beach, you will find interesting rock piles, which are called "Kalvas".

These uniquie formations are the only such things in the whole Latvian coastline. The trail will show you around them. Since there is no picnic spot nearby, we suggest you visit the spot a little further, also called "Kaltene". It is a pleasant place to spend some time after the walk.
